It has such dark color from generations of use, it looks black until you blast it with photography lights, then it looks a dark-dark reddish brown. Its oval handle terminal is beautiful and elegant having attached an ancient paper label. Its blade has a lovely shape with raised horizontal and vertical ribs. The top region has a varied semi-encrusted patina. Its striking edges have slight loss and impact dents but are intact. Its shaft is long and gorgeous with subtle rippling. This piece has a distinguished and powerful feeling of "mana" and antiquity. Presented on a custom metal stand.
